Some of the best moments happen outside.

They happen when the kids are in the pool, friends are gathered around, dinner is on the grill, and the backyard becomes a place for connection, laughter, and community.

For nearly 10 years, we have been creating outdoor spaces for ourselves and our family. We didn’t know then that it would eventually become Still Waters Outdoor Living. We simply loved taking a space and seeing what it could become.

Justin has always had an incredible ability to see the whole picture. He can walk a property and see how to make the most of it—how the land will drain, how each area should flow into the next, and how all the pieces can work together. I love taking that vision and bringing together the details that make the finished space feel intentional, beautiful, and like home.

After years of doing this for ourselves and our family, creating Still Waters felt like a natural next step. We knew how much we loved the process, and we wanted the opportunity to use what we each bring to it to create something meaningful for other families.

Still Waters is a husband-and-wife team, but our faith is at the center of who we are. We love Christ, we love our family, and we love seeing Him in it all.

The name Still Waters comes from Psalm 23:2–3:

“He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul.”

That verse reflects something we value deeply—the beauty of having a place to slow down and enjoy what God has given you.

For us, this business is about creating those places with intention. The pool may be part of the design, but the purpose is bigger than the pool.
